    Khairul Rusydi

    Master Trainer & CEO

    An ex-SPRING Singapore Scholar, Rusydi is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA). He previously consulted for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and was a junior delegate to the World Entrepreneurship Forum.

    Puah Jing Wen

    COO & CFO

    The previous Vice-President of Eagles Inc, the resident entrepreneurship club of SMU, Jing Wen managed a $2m fund to invest in student-led startups. An avid traveler, Jing Wen leads business development in the greater Asia-Pac region, including Shanghai, Taipei and Melbourne.

    Lim Weiyuan

    Head of Reactor School

    The ex-President of the SMU Ambassadorial Corps, Weiyuan has over 5 years of experience working with youths. He has previously launched a company while an undergraduate, and has since been invited to train and speak in Manila, Tokyo and Jerusalem.

    Head of Product

    The head of our product department, Cher Han is inspired to help people make their lives better, by designing simple and thoughtful solutions to their everyday problems. Curious, passionate, energetic and self-motivated, he wears three hats: designer, photographer and entrepreneur.

    Elaine Yeoh

    Engagement & Community Manager

    The head of the Reactor Educator Network, Elaine graduated from NUS with a Major in Interactive Media Design, and Minor in Technopreneurship. She currently leads Reactor's Engagement & Inbound Marketing Strategy, as well as our Professional Development Network for Educators.

    Isabella Steinhauer

    Experience Manager

    Reactor's Experience Consultant, Isabella holds a high honors degree in International Affairs with a minor in Chinese from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her experiences include teaching, sales,education consulting, business development, and qualitative and quantitative research.

    Low Jian Liang

    Business Development Manager

    A previous Resident Assistant (RA) of NUS n-House, Jian Liang is also the founder of Trabble, an AI-powered e-concierge app for travelers. He has previously worked at various Venture Capital firms in Singapore and Beijing, and has successfully raised Series A funds for his ventures.
